Error each time I click Page 2 in the Classic Dashboard
Every time I go to click Page 2 to see my other projects, I get an error. It has never worked once. Can you please fix this?
Set the Spanish Template as Default
We would like to set the Spanish localized template as default, so that the attached PDFs (POs, quotes, invoices…) are also in Spanish. We can change this in the default email body but not the attached PDF files. Where can we make those changes?
Edit Company Details
Our POs include information such as our VAT number and the contact email address but we would like to edit the email address, the telephone number, and the website. In what menu can we edit our company details?
Redirect all emails to admin
The "Redirect all emails to admin" check-box is marked. Also, we have unchecked all notifications in the config/templates/notifications screen (except from emails to user).
We have even changed the PO email template so that the recipient's address is only the sender. We would like every single email to be sent only to our admin address, ¿How do we do that?

Bulk mail to all providers
Could you please explain how se send out a bulk mail to all providers? When we select all providers and send a CRM to these, they are not BBC, and the only option is to choose BBC for each recipient. We also tried to create a mailing list but its not very clear how this is done. Many thanks in advance!
Can we go back to previous XTRF version?
Ever since we upgraded to XTRF 7 we are having so many new basic functionality problems which are making us very inefficient and when we open tickets, we do not get adequate responses.
ISO 171000 certification
Is anyone in this group ISO 171000 certified? We're about to go through this process and I was wondering how XTRF has helped or created challenges in coming into compliance with this standard. Any thoughts?
No description in client satisfaction survey since upgrade to v7.0
Has anyone else noticed that the description of the possible answers on the client satisfaction survey no longer shows up since the upgrade to v7.0? See the image. When a client sees this, they don't know how to select the options...

How to take into account the amount of payment from which the bank has charged the commission?
Customer paid the project. But the bank charges a commission of 2%.

Work Log and Quotes
I'm looking more detailed into the Work Log module. Am I right that it doesn't seem to track time spend when a PM is in the quoting module? I know you can change the activity in the dropdown, but it seems that nothing gets tracked when a PM is spending time developing a quote regardless of what's selected in the dropdown. Am I doing something wrong? Doesn't anyone else have experience with this?
