No description in client satisfaction survey since upgrade to v7.0

Has anyone else noticed that the description of the possible answers on the client satisfaction survey no longer shows up since the upgrade to v7.0? See the image. When a client sees this, they don't know how to select the options...


This is still going on. We don't have a description with no information of when it's going to get fixed. Any update?

Same display here. I didn't know it was different before though, we only started using it recently.

This issue has been already resolved, and the fix-pack will be deployed in version 8.0.5 which is planned to be released this week.
