Work Log and Quotes
I'm looking more detailed into the Work Log module. Am I right that it doesn't seem to track time spend when a PM is in the quoting module? I know you can change the activity in the dropdown, but it seems that nothing gets tracked when a PM is spending time developing a quote regardless of what's selected in the dropdown. Am I doing something wrong? Doesn't anyone else have experience with this?

Sorry to hear this is not working for you. We decided not to use that module for now. I hope you'll find a solution.
It's actually sort of working. It seems to give us a general idea of how our time is being spent, but we need to understand how it works, so we can understand the value and limitations of the results. Regrettably, there is very little documentation on this, so it seems to be a bit of trial and error. That's why I was hoping others had experience with it and could share. Thanks Sancho!
