Can we go back to previous XTRF version?
Ever since we upgraded to XTRF 7 we are having so many new basic functionality problems which are making us very inefficient and when we open tickets, we do not get adequate responses.

From what I have checked, it seams that our Service Desk is in contact with you about reported issues in XHD ticket.
Our developers are looking into each reported case, and you will be notified about progress.
I am sorry for the inconvenience, but once your database is migrated to a newer version, rollback to an earlier version would result in loss of projects created in the meantime.
The same thing is happening to us. After the upgrade to XTRF 7, many tools are not working such as Sorting tasks (at least putting in the ascending order), dashboard pages (from second page it is not displaying the projects) and when we open tickets, the answer is always the same (developers are looking into the issues reported).
I cannot get my delivery emails (notifications) to send. Has anyone else had this issue?
It looks to me like there must be a problem with your SMTP settings. I think I saw you service desk ticket and they are looking into it.
