Bulk mail to all providers

Could you please explain how se send out a bulk mail to all providers? When we select all providers and send a CRM to these, they are not BBC, and the only option is to choose BBC for each recipient. We also tried to create a mailing list but its not very clear how this is done. Many thanks in advance!

Use single vendors (individuals) inside main vendor (company)

Hello.


I just set up a new vendor, COMPANY X (example) with two contact people, VENDOR A and VENDOR B inside the company. I want to use these vendors separately for separate translation and edition tasks, but since COMPANY X is the "vendor" according to XTRF, when I go to select the vendor, I cannot select VENDOR A or VENDOR B, and I am forced to select COMPANY X. Is there a way I can select vendors inside a "company"? I hope I was clear with my question. Thanks!

How to change (or have no) default quote reviewer?

Are there settings to change who a quote goes to internally for review by default, or is there a way to remove this altogether? We don't utilize it on our team.

Is the XTRF version 8 already released? Or other version which is GDPR ready? We were promised that it would be released in the beginning of this week.

We are running XTRF on our own servers.

Why don't vendors receive any notifications (PO, job request mail, confirmation mail when a new account is created, etc.)?

Hi all,


I have created vendor accounts for my active vendors and I have done all the confirmation work for them until now to fasten the procedures but I realized that I actually cannot send any notification mails to vendors. I cannot send any PO or any job request mail either. I have customized my notification templates and I can check if the vendors can receive any notifications by sending the notifications to the mail address with which I am registered to XTRF and I receive them at that mail address. When I try to do that, XTRF prompts me the pop-up message that my mail is sent but they are never received by vendors. What can be the reason for that and how can I enable them to receive the notification mails?

Revisers able to evaluate directly on Vendor Portal

When a reviser finishes his/her job, there is an option to send some notes to the PM.


It would be very interesting if we could implement the evaluation system in that same window. Revisers would need to evaluate the translation before submitting the revised file.

Can we go back to previous XTRF version?

Ever since we upgraded to XTRF 7 we are having so many new basic functionality problems which are making us very inefficient and when we open tickets, we do not get adequate responses.

Is anyone in this group ISO 171000 certified? We're about to go through this process and I was wondering how XTRF has helped or created challenges in coming into compliance with this standard. Any thoughts?

How to present/display coloured (green, red) warnings in the list of opende projects in new layouted widgets, as it was in old-view Dashboard??

In the previous version of XTRF you, Dashboard, you could with a quick view spot the projects which are delayed (these were marked with green, orange, red). Can you do that in new smart views?

No description in client satisfaction survey since upgrade to v7.0

Has anyone else noticed that the description of the possible answers on the client satisfaction survey no longer shows up since the upgrade to v7.0? See the image. When a client sees this, they don't know how to select the options...
