How do you send email notifications from XTRF?
Hi,
I am wondering if you can share how do you send email notification from XTRF?
We have been using mailgun.com to a decent satisfaction. However, occasionaly their (shared) IPs can get blacklisted and delivery to private domains hosted by smaller providers (e.g. johnythetranslator.com, not gmail, hotmail etc.) tend to be blocked. We have now switched to a dedicated IP to see, if we can avoid this issue.
Can you, please, share your experience if anybody uses
- any other providers (e.g. sendinblue, mandril, sendgrid, etc....);
- has implemented other solution to send notifcations?

Where to note vendor's references have been checked?
We would like to be able to see at a glance whether a vendor's references have been checked. What would be the best way to note this in the vendor's profile? We're considering a custom field on the Main Data > Identification Data page but we're interested in how others are recording this. Thanks!
Vendors can't log into vendor portal
We have two vendors who have been unable to log into XTRF for several weeks. The error message says: "Person with such credentials not found."
They've tried resetting their passwords (not possible), clearing their cookies and following XTRF's instructions to create a new password, put it into https://credentials.xtrf.eu/ and forward the generated link to the XTRF help team. Nothing is working.
We've contacted the Help Desk yet again but they're very slow to respond. Is anyone else having these problems?
Transaction rolled back because it has been marked as rollback-only
Hello, does anybody experienced an error message that appears either to a PM or vendor that is not able to upload files and close his/her Job, because (as per error message) the Job has been marked as rollback-only.
This error message is new for me, it appeared for the first time a week ago and it keeps showing up. Of course we reported it, but I was wondering if someone else is experiencing the same issue.
Issuing a PO after creating the payable unclicking the "Auto-calculate cost" option and filling in the amount myself
Hello, I have been having issues sending out a PO when I uncheck the option "Auto-calculate cost" in the payables section. The "Send PO" option is grayed out when I fill in the amount myself instead of auto-calculating it. How can this be done? Thank you!
Customising PO file name
It would be great if we could customize the PO file name. We'd like it to match our previous naming convention (i.e. job number, the term 'Purchase order', provider name). Is there a way to do this or could you add this to your roadmap?
How to automate the creation of folders

Is there a way to make an automatic creation of folder with the project in the client you choose?
Like I have a client named "Shell"
I just create a project choosing this client and on my local disc it creates a folder with the project name
Linking projects
Is there a way to link two projects in XTRF so that the client receives the deliverables under the same project number?
Mid-project process changes
I have a project into FR, DE, IT and NL. I had planned to use a TEP provider for the translation into NL. Their delivery was too late for the client. I placed the translation and proofreading step with two freelancers (outside of XTRF because I couldn't find a way to add the NL freelancers).
I'm using a process fork and the FR, DE and IT providers have already accepted. How do I update the steps in the workflow to accommodate the NL freelancers?
Gmail password change
Hello, I had to recently change my email password. This email account is connected to XTRF and therefore I can no longer send my invoices or estimates out from the XTRF platform. Where can I indicate the new password on the XTRF platform? I am signed in as the Admin.
