Terms and conditions
Hello,
I just registered on vendor portal as a translator and it prompts me to tick "i agree with terms and conditions". However, i cannot see anything under them; usually when someone is prompted with such message, there is a link to read and analyze such terms and conditions.
What am i missing?
Also, would it be possible to upload a Framework agreement or a SLA somewhere to be seen/read by vendors and tick it in agreement to make the recruitment process easier?
Any idea/suggestion is welcome.

Quote templates - Classic Projects
Is is possible to add the option to create quote templates in Classic Projects? I know you can in Project Templates, but not in Quote templates? Is this functionality on the horizon?

Where in Vendor portal native language can be speciefied.
We could not find where a vendor can specify his native language in the vendor portal

Creation of project templates
Hello. I would like to know if it is possible to create templates for projects that always have the same settings. For example, we create multiple projects a day that have the same language pair, the same area of specialization and the same process flow. I have been duplicating them from old projects, but I was wondering if I can create a template that would help me with this. Thank you!

How to customise results when filtering vendors
In this search for English into Spanish, it shows status, evaluation, availability, languages, country and city. How can I customise what is shown? E.g. it would be more helpful to see rate, specialisation, email address.

Planning work PM.
I want to propose a question. I do not know if there is such an opportunity in XTRF, correct me.
I like PM to plan my work. And I want to know when on what day or month my providers plan a vacation or are busy with other work.
In this regard, the question. Is it possible to send out XTRF from the providers that interest me (just a few), as it is done in mail clients(Outlook or The Bat)? In this newsletter, I will write that "Dear providers, I ask you to write when you are planning, your vacation, etc." And in response to this newsletter they would send me their answers.
Ideally, I would like the provider to fill out the calendar of its availability through my own, and I would have seen and used this information in my future work.
I hope that you will understand what I want.

API and vendor data
I would like to be able to update vendor data via the api. We're about to implement a new reference check system for all our vendors, and would like to connect it to XTRF. At minimum, I'd like to be able to update a custom vendor field that populates "reference checked out" or "in progress" etc... I'd do more if possible.
Looking at the API documentation, it seems that there is no Vendor Portal API, and the Home Portal API has a few vendor fields (including custom fields) but they are all get, and no post or put.
Questions:
1) Am I right? Is it not possible to update vendor data via the API?
2) Is there a work around? What about a macro that updates vendor data, and is accessed via the API. Is that possible?
3) Has anyone else tried to access vendor data via the API?

To add additional columns in the Projects module
Is it possible to add additional columns in the Projects module or in the Dashboard module and its Notes tab using filters to the Tabs of the Job Display tabs: Contact Person (Jobs tab), Quantity (Job payables tab), Start Date and Time and the Deadline (Main Data tab), Volume of words (not only frome Smart project)?
We would like to see more information about the project in any module or in the Projects module or in the Dashboard module.
If this cannot be seen in one of these modules, is it possible to make a full report in another module (form)?

So you want to display data from several different scopes in the same view i.e. use columns that are not directly available in a view? Use Virtual Columns.

Default calculation unit for a specific client
Hi all!
Our default calculation unit for job type "translation" is source word, but we have one client who we always charge by source page. Is there a way, either in the client profile, in a process template, or anywhere else, to always have the translation job default to source page for a specific client?

Set email language for multiple vendors
Hi,
is it possible to change email language for multiple vendors?
I don't see such on option in multiple change, nor in macros.
