Can you confirm whether the latest version of XTRF is fully compatible with memoQ 8.5? We are eager to upgrade memoQ, but of course want to make sure the integration with XTRF is not impacted negatively.

Bundles and classic projects - memoq

Hi,


I was wondering how you setup classic projects with memoQ using Bundles.


More specifically for jobs that require multiple translators (jobs) in which each translator gets his own file.


Is there a way to set up a workflow definition that would automatically add a specific number of bundles according to the number of translators?


Or is the solution to just create a workflow definition with multiple bundles and hope the number of translators will not be larger than number of bundles?


Or am I missing something fundamental here?

Task Receiveable - Import from from input file incorrect

Hi,


Is anyone else experiencing the issue that importing the volume from excel files from input file for receivable is not working - the volume imported is always 1 word regardless of the actual volume of the xlsx file?

Default status of manually added vendor

We're experimenting with manually adding certain vendors to our database rather than having them register themselves. However, we've found that the default status for a vendor added manually is Active. Is there a way to change the default status for a manually added vendor?

Is anyone else experiencing this with Client and Provider invoices in 8.0.9? 

It is getting extremely frustrating having to deal with all the new bugs in each version. Is there zero quality control anymore? Why does XTRF keep breaking things that worked with each patch build?

Traceability of file uploads (GDPR, ISO)

Hi, we just noticed that when a user adds files to a project using Add Files in Files Section (Smart Projects), the system identifies the file as added by the project manager responsible for the project and not by the user. Is this consistent with the requirement of traceability required by GDPR or ISO?

I find it potentially dangerous.

Sometimes we have projects where customers send new additional files which tjan need to be translated bu additional translators. When we add them to project they are shared with all translators. Is there a way to avoid this?

Vendor's name not displaying in profile ("Add Vendor" instead)

I've noticed that over the past few days, when viewing a vendor's profile, XTRF no longer displays the vendor's first and last names in the upper left hand corner. Instead, it displays the words "Add Vendor," as shown below:



This seems to be the case regardless of the vendor's status, whether the vendor is an individual or company, or any other variables. 


Any ideas why this might be happening, and how I can fix it? Thanks!

Smart projects with many target languages slow

Is anybody else experiencing extreme slow UI responsiveness when working projects that have 15+ target languages?

Sending out job offers for all languages takes us about 45 minutes :(

Cannot change date filters in Reports

Hi, 


Has anyone else been experiencing this since the launch of XTRF 7? We can no longer change the selected dates for reports (e.g. monthly turnover, monthly profit or anything else which uses the date picker). If you change the date and click on generate, nothing happens. 


I am just wondering since we have reported this to XTRF around 2 months ago and I am surprised noone else has asked about it.
