Sorting in project view
When I create a View in Projects, it is sorted correctly initially.
Afterwards, when I sort it by Project ID in ascending order and then back to descending order, the order of the projects is incorrect, e.g. it's sorted by the first digit .
This seems to be irreversible.
Accessing word counts in CAT payable through macro
I have asked XTRF support already, but I'm also trying my luck here.
Does anyone know how to access the word counts in CAT payables for the specific CAT tools through a macro? I know how to do this for the 'Other' CAT grid and had a very useful macro running that changed specific word counts, but with the switch to the specific Memsource grid this doesn't work anymore and I can't figure out how to access and change the word counts in this new format.
I have a bunch of unhappy project managers that suddenly need to do a lot more manual work, so for me it's pretty much every minute counts...
Anyone have experience with this, perhaps with the other specific grids for MemoQ or Trados?

Notification about passed deadline
Hello,
Is there a way to set up a notification to be sent for the jobs that were started, but not delivered yet = when the deadline date/time is overdue already? Notification should be sent to the Vendor or Project Manager, depending on the settings. It would also be great if some "margin" could be set up - for example 30 minutes after the deadline passed.

Set number of decimals for each currency seperatly
I think we are one of the few companies in the Japanese market using XTRF, but we really would like to have a system-side solution for this. The problem with Japanese Yen is that no decimals are being used. There is no 0.1 yen. (Only in stock markets). Therefore, all invoices, POs, quotes need to be rounded to 1 yen. This is difficult when introducing percentage rates for CAT tools. This will almost always result in a decimal on the total. We have had a solution where only the templates would show rounded totals, but this keeps biting us in the ... We can have rounded total on 1 quote, but the system will store the amounts with decimals. So when we invoice for multiple quotes, the invoice totals will sometimes be different from the total amount of the rounded totals on the quotes. This is giving us some trouble with clients, since they have to go back and forth with their financial departments to correct this 1 yen mistakes.
I do understand there is an option to change the number of decimals in the system, but this is system wide. Since we do projects in USD and EUR as well, this is not really an option. Therefore, it would be really helpful if there was an extra setting for the currencies where we can select the amount of decimals for each currency separately. I am guessing there are some other currencies with the same issue (probably Korean Won and others).
We have been told some of this could be solved with a macro, but I think the above solution would work best.
Either way, I am happy to hear if there are people with similar problems.
outlook calendar and google calendar integration
Before we got XTRF, I was mainly using Trello to keep track of my projects.
The nice thing about this is that it will create events in your Google calendar or Outlook calendar for the due date of a card.
It would be nice to have something similar in XTRF where deadlines of ongoing projects are shown in Google or Outlook calendar.
How can I change who is copied on invoices?
We currently have invoicing set up so that I'm CC'd and a special email address is BCC'd. How can I edit this setting?
Partial invoice for client - best practice when full invoice will be sent later?
We have a situation where a client "paused" some projects, and we need to invoice for the part of the work completed already. These projects should theoretically resume, in which case the partial amount invoiced/paid would count as credits toward the full invoice upon project completion. However, it is possible one or more projects may be cancelled altogether.
Wondering if anyone has similar experience, and how to go about sending a current invoice for less than the full amount, then later sending the full invoice and showing the credit. Is it best to send it from QuickBooks now (we have the integration)? We invoice on the overall project level, not the language-task level.

Custom Columns: Task Total Words | Task Total Weighted Words

I was wondering if anyone could help me to get the Weighted wordcount (or just the word count) for all the receivables for a Task.
I am trying to create a virutal column in order to show the PM the wordcount for a specific task (task scope).
I know that the method Task.currentFinance.allREceivablesValue might do, but the method currentFinance is deprecated.

Late jobs and projects report
We are looking for the simplest way to isolate all jobs and projects delivered after the set deadline. Ideally, we would like this to appear in a monthly report. Does anyone have a suggestion? In Jobs, I can add columns for "Deadline" and "Finished", but creating a custom column is very complex because of how the date and time data works. And even if we manage to create a custom column, we wouldn't be able to use it for filtering.
Change currency in already existing rate profile?
Is it possible to change a currency (from USD to EUR) in an already existing rate profile in a Vendor, instead of deleting and creating said rate profile?
