XTRF 8 - Stability issues - I wish we could go back to version 6
After some months of using XTRF 8 after version 6, our experience is that this is a huge leap backwards in terms of usability, stability and reliability.
Some functionality we liked in version 6 is broken, while we don't really get any usable new functionality in return (except the Erase personal data button, which was used once in the last 3 months).
I really wish we could downgrade...

Periodic jobs: run once/now AND periodically?
Is there a way that a periodic job that usually runs regularly could be run once on command as needed, and then revert back to its regular schedule (i.e., not stop the periodic job and then "run once," but just run once between the regularly scheduled executions which are momentarily idle)? On the Browse Periodic Jobs page, you have to stop the job, then click "run once." And if the job is on "run" but idle at the moment, there is no place on that specific periodic job's page to "run now" unless it is first stopped. Depending on the jobs, it can take a little while to run a job, so we'll click away, and often forget to turn the periodic job back on. This is usually the case when we have a sync issue with QBO and have to manually run it "now" instead of its regularly scheduled time in a few hours.
Files/Folder Encryption
Some of our clients are asking to store their files encrypted, which XTRF doesn't do it by default, Will XTRF be affected if we use a tool like eCryptfs to encrypt Project Folders in the server.
Or what would be the practice that you recommend to comply with the encrypted storage.

Is there a way how to delete a process template?
Is there a way how to delete a process template instead of just making it deactivated? It still shows up this way and any duplicate process templates that were created by mistake or duplicate ones are useless.

Creating an invoice in another language
For some of our clients we will need to create invoices in Greek, based on another template, although the default language is English. Could you please advise how we can do that?

Where to save feedback if vendor abandons job?
If a vendor abandons a job s/he accepted, where can we save feedback so that other PMs know about this experience? Once the job is canceled or reassigned to a new vendor, it's no longer associated with the initial vendor, so there's no place to record feedback on the vendor's poor performance on that particular job.
Any suggestions as to where we can record feedback for this type of situation? Thank you!
How to set a new mailing list

I need to select some contact persons from each client and send them all the same e-mail.
I see there is an option to send the e-mail to a mailing lis, on the CRM module,bu I can't see how to form a new mailing list.
Help would be much appreciated.

How to get the customer reference / project number on first page of invoice (openPDF)
We're having some trouble with invoices bouncing back from our customers because the reference/project number is on the second page of the invoice. We're trying to get the number on the first page of the invoice now, but the code doesn't seem to work. The code we used is: $task.project.getCustomerProjectNumber(). This works on the second page, but not on the first page of the invoice. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
