Hello!

Is XTRF 8.# stable version already available to general public? I am especially interested in the XTRF 8.# packages in Linux repository.

Hi,

I am upgrading our tempaltes to BIRT4 and am stuck on this one display item. I am trying to display the contact person in a specific task, but do not know the correct dataset value for it. Can anyone help with that?

Basically I want to display a contact person in the header row for each task of a customer invoice template.

Kind regards,

Is it possible to have separate synchoniztions/integrations with Quickbooks for separate Branches?

Donna Meyer 6 years ago in Something Else updated 6 years ago 5

If we open a Branch (another office location) that is managed under a separate QuickBooks instance, can we have two separate integrations for synchronization of client and vendor invoices and payments? I see on the Quickbooks integration configuration screen that a Branch or Branches can be selected, but I don't see how to set up two separate instances.  Thank you!

Use single vendors (individuals) inside main vendor (company)

Marcela 6 years ago in Something Else updated 6 years ago 2

Hello.

I just set up a new vendor, COMPANY X (example) with two contact people, VENDOR A and VENDOR B inside the company. I want to use these vendors separately for separate translation and edition tasks, but since COMPANY X is the "vendor" according to XTRF, when I go to select the vendor, I cannot select VENDOR A or VENDOR B, and I am forced to select COMPANY X. Is there a way I can select vendors inside a "company"? I hope I was clear with my question. Thanks!

GDPR

Davis Engers 6 years ago in Something Else updated by Łukasz Kaleta (Senior Customer Success Manager) 6 years ago 25

Is the XTRF version 8 already released? Or other version which is GDPR ready? We were promised that it would be released in the beginning of this week.

We are running XTRF on our own servers.

Exporting Memos/Log in Call/Emails in Providers' cards (CRM)

Hello,

I am using the different functionalities of CRM in the provider's card like Log a call/Memo/New email etc. Is it possible to export all the CRMs' in one go (maybe in the reports section?) or do I need to go to every provider's profile to export these info?

Thank you in advance !

Branding logo converts to low res?

Matt 6 years ago in Something Else updated 6 years ago 2

Hello,

Are branding logos now converted to low resolution by default? After uploading our new logo, it now appears as low res on our invoices and anywhere else.  I've created different resolutions and file types to no avail.

Victor Alonso Lion 6 years ago in Something Else updated 6 years ago 6

We would like to modify the default text that appears when doing

Invoicing / Client Invoice / Edit / AddOneItemforAlltasks -> Change default text

The default text reads: "translation services according to specification"

We would like to modify this default text.

We see we can edit this, but is there a way to modify the default text?

Upgrade to XTRF 7 on Linux

Stan 7 years ago in Something Else updated by Łukasz Kaleta (Senior Customer Success Manager) 7 years ago 2

Hello,

Has anyone tried to upgrade XTRF to version 7 on any Linux distro?
Not sure whether it is already available in the Linux repositories:

root@server:/# sudo apt-get install xtrf7

Reading package lists... Done

Building dependency tree

Reading state information... Done

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have

requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable

distribution that some required packages have not yet been created

or been moved out of Incoming.

The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:

xtrf7 : Depends: jboss-xtrf7x (>= 7.1.3-17.2) but it is not going to be installed

E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

root@server:/# sudo apt-get install jboss-xtrf7x

And an attempt to install systemd assumes, that… Postgresql will be deleted, so it's not the best idea.

How can I log off a user that appears to be logged in, but in fact is not?

Wouter van den Berg 7 years ago in Something Else updated by Aploq Translations 6 years ago 10

Our license allows five users to be logged in simultaneously. Currently, four are logged in, but a fifth is still taken to be logged in by the system, so we reached our limit. Logging in and out again as this user is to no avail. I remember that I could log in as admin and find a list of currently logged in users, where I could forcefully log out any user... Probably under Configuration | System. But in our current version (6) I can't find anything like that. Is it still possible to do this? If not, how do we proceed to remove this ghost user?

Answer

Hi,

Try this: Configoration > System Information > System Monitor. Under Active sessions you'll find a list of logged-in users with Sign-out option.

Best,

Katarzyna
