Upgrade to XTRF 7 on Linux

Stan 7 years ago in Something Else updated by Łukasz Kaleta (Senior Customer Success Manager) 7 years ago 2

Hello,

Has anyone tried to upgrade XTRF to version 7 on any Linux distro?
Not sure whether it is already available in the Linux repositories:

root@server:/# sudo apt-get install xtrf7

Reading package lists... Done

Building dependency tree

Reading state information... Done

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have

requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable

distribution that some required packages have not yet been created

or been moved out of Incoming.

The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:

xtrf7 : Depends: jboss-xtrf7x (>= 7.1.3-17.2) but it is not going to be installed

E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

root@server:/# sudo apt-get install jboss-xtrf7x

And an attempt to install systemd assumes, that… Postgresql will be deleted, so it's not the best idea.

How can I log off a user that appears to be logged in, but in fact is not?

Wouter van den Berg 7 years ago in Something Else updated by Aploq Translations 7 years ago 10

Our license allows five users to be logged in simultaneously. Currently, four are logged in, but a fifth is still taken to be logged in by the system, so we reached our limit. Logging in and out again as this user is to no avail. I remember that I could log in as admin and find a list of currently logged in users, where I could forcefully log out any user... Probably under Configuration | System. But in our current version (6) I can't find anything like that. Is it still possible to do this? If not, how do we proceed to remove this ghost user?

Answer

Hi,

Try this: Configoration > System Information > System Monitor. Under Active sessions you'll find a list of logged-in users with Sign-out option.

Best,

Katarzyna

User just for report (not using XTRF)

alina chiteala 7 years ago in Something Else updated by Jussi Rautio 7 years ago 10

Hi,

I need a thing which I do not know how it can be done, but I do hope you can find a solution,

I need to add a list o people, which will not be users of the software.

I just need to be able to link data to them.

Meaning I create X project, I want the project manager to be X user and not me.

The user will not be allowed access to XTRF.

Can this be done?

Reports With Multiple Columns

cameron williams 7 years ago in Something Else updated by mark 7 years ago 4

Is it possible to create a report with multiple columns?

I'm trying to create a report that will list out all projects, with columns for delivery date, requester, total agreed, etc. I've been able to create such a report using an API and Google Sheets, but it would be ideal to make this report available to our clients in the client portal.

How to install/renew godaddy ssl certificate on XTRF debian server without apache proxy?

Jim 7 years ago in Something Else updated by Marcin Jakubowski 7 years ago 3

Just go my hands on a server with XTRF but no apache or any other proxy in front.

The ssl certificate will soon expire, and the only advisory on replacing the certificate refers to apache as proxy . I have little experience with the application so any advice on how to add/renew the SSL certificate would be welcome.
