Access to Client`s rates page is forbidden, but I have rights in the system

I have a quite new profile in our system and apparently have the same settings as others and I am member of the same group. I cannot access the page with the rates in the client`s profile. Does anybody knows why?

What do you mean by "cannot access the page"? Do you see an error of some sort? Do you mean individual Rates or those in the Price List? Shed some more light on the issue, please. 



When I am trying to access the customers profile, I see this message:



This is the situation for all client profiles, in the individual Rates section.

As a reminder, a colleague of mine has the same settings as me and it's able to see the customers profiles in Rates section.
