I have a project into FR, DE, IT and NL. I had planned to use a TEP provider for the translation into NL. Their delivery was too late for the client. I placed the translation and proofreading step with two freelancers (outside of XTRF because I couldn't find a way to add the NL freelancers).
I'm using a process fork and the FR, DE and IT providers have already accepted. How do I update the steps in the workflow to accommodate the NL freelancers?
Is there any way to add more than one service to the same quote/project?
We have a file that needs to be half translated and half revised so I need to be able to add 2 services when creating the quote.
Hi, we just noticed that when a user adds files to a project using Add Files in Files Section (Smart Projects), the system identifies the file as added by the project manager responsible for the project and not by the user. Is this consistent with the requirement of traceability required by GDPR or ISO?
I find it potentially dangerous.
How to avoid sharing additional project files, pasckages received during the project wit other team members
Sometimes we have projects where customers send new additional files which tjan need to be translated bu additional translators. When we add them to project they are shared with all translators. Is there a way to avoid this?
Is anybody else experiencing extreme slow UI responsiveness when working projects that have 15+ target languages?

In the previous version of XTRF you, Dashboard, you could with a quick view spot the projects which are delayed (these were marked with green, orange, red). Can you do that in new smart views?
SMARTPROJECTS - how to deal with a customer (LSP) who has several price profiles with different VAT grids and different pricing?
As far as we know, smart projects use the customers default price profile, but we have customers with several price profiles with different prices and different CAT grid. Is there any suitable solution for this?
Recently I have been adding a few non-conformities in several smart projects but after putting status resolved they disappear from the map and I also dont see them in the feedback of the resource. What is happening here?

If a project has several jobs and deadlines under the same language pair, how and where do we add those dates?
What we definitely will need is to be able to enter more than one client-side deadline under each language pair, since some of our projects have batches of files that come from the client one after the other, and where each batch has its own deadline. Those deadlines are of course not the same as the vendor-side deadlines. Would you then add a dummy-step at the end of the process and call that “client-side deadline”?
