Custom templates modification (BIRT 4)
Hi,
is there anybody who customized templates (invoice or any other) on their own? If so, how did you look up names of data fields you are displaying in the report?
In the past, we used to be able to switch UI language to "XX_ localization" which was displaing codenames.

1. can you please check why can i make only smart projects?
2. why can't i delete them? (i am testing the system and need to delete some of projects)
3. i am testing how the project creation works, and i haven't this window when making the project:
- In the Select Client Price Profile pop-up window find client with a price profile you are interested in:
- You can select a price profile from a list on the right-hand side.
- If you have a lot of entries on your Client Price Profile list, you can use the search on the left-hand side to narrow the displayed entries.
- When you select the required price profile the Select Client Price Profile pop-up window closes and the data are provided in the Client field and the Client Price Profile section.
4. why when adding the project from EN to 4 languages (RU, LT, LV, ET), i can add only one translator? I need to add 4 different translators for each subproject.
5. i can't find where to add prices of each language pair (client is with added price profile and i think it should be automatically set after adding word count, no?

Is it possible to add a new status to the Projects section?
There are some tasks that can be done after the project is closed and that do not match with the option available now.
Custom Fields in Feeback Report
Hello,
regarding the Customer Feedback section, we miss two important fields, let's name them as Importance and Type:
Importance: to categoryze the importance of the Client Complaint as low, medium or high.
Type: to clasify the client complaint as a Grammar, Terminology or Style issue.
BUT, we've just realized we can not create Custom Fields at Feedback Report scope.
Would there be other solution?
Would someone find these fields usefull?

Vendor Productivity field values
Hello!
does anyone know how I could change the "Vendor Productivity" field values in System Values : Advanced > Job Types, for Translation or Editing etc? It seems the "basic" job types are un-editable, whereas the rest are fine.

Export as Unicode text
Hi, we'd like to be able to export views as Unicode text to avoid CSV character corruption issues.
No options on the left-side bar on the main page for the last few hours
I have just started the day in Canada, and our team in Turkey reports to me that they cannot use XTRF for the last few hours. I checked and I get the same problem. Please see the screenshot below.
Does anybody else experience the same problem?

It seems like a very rare occurrence at the server's end. Your XTRF has been restarted. Everything back to normal.
In such cases, please refer to Helpdesk or your XTRF representative for quickest response.
Getting Across Project Data in XTRF
It is a general question. We get regularly via the Across server multilingual translation projects. Actually, all the handling of the files and the allocation of tasks is done on the Across server, but we enter the data in XTRF manually again because we manage all our production information there. Has anyone the same situation and a better solution to avoid entering manually all admin data? We have a similar situation with a large client using SDL World server.
SAML and domain support
Do you have in your roadmap to support SAML or LDAP to integrate XTRF to a federated identity system?
Also do you have any plans to improve access rights table since it does not work really well when restricting permissions.
Is there a way to see how many providers were engaged by a project manager in a particular month?
