How do you reopen a job to add a PO number?

Hi,
At the moment, when a vendor uploads the deliverables to the portal and presses the 'I finished the job' button, the project on XTRF is automatically closed. This happens when the job is the last step of the workflow. How do you disable this? As I would like the project to still be opened since I need to check files and also if it has been closed I couldn't find a way to enter new details such as a PO number (which sometimes is delivered to us after the job is finished). Currently, the system is not set to send files automatically to clients.

in XTRF 7.0 it will be possible to modify some information on the closed Smart project. Until then, since you are not delivering the files automatically, I'd suggest adding a step at the end of your process. This step could be automatically assigned to the PM and would give the PM time to wrap up the project.

Thanks for replying, do you have an idea when XTRF 7.0 is going to be released? Smart projects seem to have limited editing right now - you cannot even delete one. Yes, that's what I'm doing right now..adding a step.
