PM Name, Date & Time to be added automatically in Notes fields
We think that a very useful feature would be that all Notes fields would populate the name of the Project Manager with the current date and time, as soon as they click the Edit pencil to add a comment. Having several comments in the Notes fields from different members of the team creates confusion. We have added users to do this manually, but they obviously bypass it.
How to hide information
Hello
We need to have a Tender module in XTRF to register all information related to Tenders.
And what's more, we would need this module to be hidden from some users groups as the Oportunities, Quotes or Invoce module
Would this be posible? Do you have any future plan to develop this?
Does anyone else have the same need?
Thanks
Laura
XTRF API - Adding Receivables to a Project
Is there any documentation that explains each property in the API Request aside from the Swagger API Docs for XTRF?
Below is the sample Request Body for adding receivables to a project, however, I need to know what kind of arguments to be passed to each of them as there is no explanation provided in the XTRF API Docs.
Also, I need to know which are mandatory fields in these API endpoints.
Any help is highly appreciated. TIA.
Example:
1. id - is this the project ID or something else?
2. languageCombinationIdNumber - cannot find it somewhere in the XTRF Interface
3. type - where should this come from?
4. calculationUnitId - where should this come from? (Not available in the dictionaries)
5. taskId - where should this come from? (Not available in the dictionaries)

Display popup from macro
Hi,
Is there a way to display an "Are you sure?" popup to the user when executing a macro, and only continuing execution if "Yes" button is pressed?

Delayed Receivables and Payables on Cash Flow Report
Can anyone tell me where the amounts for Delayed Receivables and Delayed Payables come from on the Cash Flow report? I'm guessing they are receivables or payables that haven't been invoiced yet, but I don't have any support for this idea and can't find anything in the documentation. Also, I'm seeing two lines for each of these categories where I'd expect them to be all summarized together. Any information would be helpful!
XTRF and MemoQ integration - can I create a project in MemoQ first and then link it to XTRF?
Is is possible to create a project in memoQ first and then link it to XTRF?
We have a scenario where clients have their own MemoQ Server and want to upload projects directly to our MemoQ server.
Can a project be created in XTRF from this?
Sending receivables
This may be a very basic question, but I've never fully understood: what exactly does it mean to mark a receivable as "sent"? Is this the main use of sending receivables being able to close projects automatically, or does it affect invoicing in some way? I'm particularly unclear on first point in the yellow box in section II here :
Receivable Status Changes Automatically to Sent
- Please bear in mind that the receivable status set to Sent is a technical term. Any kind of notifications are sent to any of your partners.
- It might happen that the statuses of all receivables changes automatically to Sent: This option is configurable while creating a Workflow Definition in XTRF Platform. When the jobs in a given task are finished, the receivable associated with it is sent to the client. Please mind that all default Workflow Definitions delivered in XTRF Platform are set up with the Automatically Change Receivables Status to "Sent" when Workflow Is Finished setting selected.
When a receivable is set to this status, has some notice actually been sent to the client (and if so, where/how to edit the notice?), or is it just a visible status for internal reference (meaning what exactly)? We had a possibly related issue a while back, where a team member was marking an invoice as sent, thinking it was doing the job of actually sending it the invoice to them, but in reality the clients hadn't received the invoices.
"The user needs to be linked with the vendor"
In the process templates, it is possible to assign the PM as the default vendor for a process step.
However, "The user needs to be linked with the vendor"
How do I do that?
