Checking if same calculation unit is used in receivable and payable for a task
Hi,
I am trying to create a custom column that would
tell me if same calculation was used for the task receivable and job
receivable for translation and proofreading step. I did not get far as I
am having difficulties getting a list of jobs and the calculation used
in these jobs for a task.
For now I have two basic custom
columns that tell me which calculation was used for the task and which
for the job, but these are two separate custom columns. Why two
separate? Because I have only succeeded in getting this info from two
separate modules: Task an Job.
I would need just one column that would return a value True if they were the same or False if they were not.
Am I approaching this correctly or is this something that cannot be done with custom columns?
Any help or advice is appreciated.

Multiple Change feature to add photo's to more than one client's social media account

Wrong memoQ analysis in XTRF-memoQ integration
Hello,
We have identified that the XTRF-memoQ integration is giving us wrong CAT tool analysis, and we have now to check manually each one of the word counts.
Has anybody else experienced this issue? I have already shared a ticket with support, but was curious to see if anybody else had the same experience.

Change time zone
Hello everyone,
How do we change the time zone of the system? We need to do it since Mexico stopped using summer time as of this year, and our system clock is now one hour ahead. I'm sure it's obvious, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to proceed.

How to create a project in the new "smart" view
Hi there, I'm a fan of the Classic View of XTRF - I use XTRF in the spring as an example of how to manage vendor performance and capacity in a quality management class I teach. I've just logged onto the system per usual in the spring, to find that my access to the Classic View has been discontinued. I can now only use Smart View, which means that the work instructions I have written for my classes will need to be rewritten. I've tried doing a general search for "how to create a project in "smart" view of XTRF" and only more "advanced" topics come up. The resources I've found on YouTube are all outdated. In XTRF Academy, I'm blocked from accessing content on how to set up projects in Smart View until I complete prerequisites. I do not need the prerequisite training.
Could someone help me with the simple question of how to create a project in "smart" view? I need to create multiple language projects for my students to practice assigning and rating vendors, and I'm finding it to be very complicated to set up, with any work instructions via XTRF that I am able to access being outdated.
If someone could point me in the direction of an accurate, current work instruction on creating a project in XTRF, I would be most grateful.

PM Name, Date & Time to be added automatically in Notes fields
We think that a very useful feature would be that all Notes fields would populate the name of the Project Manager with the current date and time, as soon as they click the Edit pencil to add a comment. Having several comments in the Notes fields from different members of the team creates confusion. We have added users to do this manually, but they obviously bypass it.
