Wrong memoQ analysis in XTRF-memoQ integration

Hello,
We have identified that the XTRF-memoQ integration is giving us wrong CAT tool analysis, and we have now to check manually each one of the word counts.
Has anybody else experienced this issue? I have already shared a ticket with support, but was curious to see if anybody else had the same experience.

Hey Myriam,
It sounded like a possible TM issue to me. Do you use Project Templates with your smart project?
You can also check the values of CAT receivable percentages. Maybe that could be the problem.

Thanks for your reply, Ömer. We do use project templates in memoQ and the word counts started being incorrect just one day, without any changes made to memoQ or XTRF. The CAT values are OK and the templates too (which does not matter really, since the analysis is made by the XTRF -memoQ integration and not by the settings on the template...)
Let's see if they find the bug or the root of this issue.

This happened with us and it turned out to be the settings of the integration. It might be worth it for you to check here in case you haven't:
Configuration > Integration > Cat Tools > memoQ > scroll down to Statistics. Those items need to match whatever you have in memoQ. For us the problem was Tag Weight.
