Notification for translator holidays
Hello, is there a setting in XTRF that sends notifications when a translator adds a holiday in Vendor Portal?
I know how we can check their availability but I would like to receive a notification when they add a holiday so I know about their holiday beforehand and I wouldn't need to check their holidays in their profile every single time.

There is no notification for such action.
The point of tracking holidays in XTRF has always been to be able to display and compare who is available in a single view.
Whether you are browsing them the main Vendors Browse, or within Select Vendor context for a single job, you can bring the column Availability to display and immediately see who is on and who is off on a given day.
Sending notifications is a little problematic to figure out. Who should receive such notifications and what would you do with it? Should a similar notification be sent when someone calls off their holidays?
You can't possibly remember all Vendors' holidays and when it comes to noting down their unavailability - well there's the Availability column to do exaclty that.
How can I present separate data for different offices in the client portal to contacts that have access for multiple offices?
Some of our client contacts are linked to multiple offices. In the portal, they would like to be able to see data for separate offices, instead of everything together as it now seems to be. This would be data like projects, quotes and invoices, but also reports.
Is this possible, and if so: how?
Project with different source files per language through client portal
Hi,
I classic projects, we can upload different input data per task and language pair, but how can this be realized from the client portal? I cannot select any languages for the files I upload.
We have project with 32 languages, but the source files for all languages are different. (Client CMS outputs xml files per languages). Is there a way to use the client portal for such projects? Or do we need to receive all files outside of XTRF and do all the setup manually in XTRF?

Contract Amount
Hello, I wanted to ask if anyone had a similar idea about tracking the total spent by a client by comparing invoiced projects (in a specific date range - depending in your client's contract duration) with the Contract Amount (this field does not exist in XTRF).
I think this would be extremely useful and does not sound like something complicated for XTRF.
Please let me know if any of you is already doing it, if you have some tips on how to approach it?

How do you get the MemoQ TM matrix receivable into XTRF, so that it includes X-translate AND 101%?
There is currently no built-in solution for that. A development suggestion for that has already been raised on the Product Development Ideas forum here.
use free email address input in CRM emails
Hi,
I was wondering if it is possible or if there is a workaround for adding people to a CRM mail that are not in XTRF by directly inputting their email address.
We would like to make use of the CRM templates for making first contact with new vendors that did not find their way directly to the registration form.

Block contact CRM e-mails
Setting the tick in "block CRM mails" does not have an effect.
Any other solution for customers to unsubscribe?
The option "Disallow CRM emails" is more of a filter, that a hard block. When composing CRM emails, you are given the choice to include or exclude people on the search list.
The reason for including them after all could be an important message or vital notice, different than marketing or advertising.
How to add CAT analysis percentages to each specific client?

We might agree on special percentages with a client and we want to define these for each specific client instead of seeing the same percentages at all clients while doing the assignments. When assigning a Client to Client Review, how do you manage which individuals?
We can only make Client Review enabled at the main Client level and that is what is automatically populated in the Job, but how do you ensure the correct contact person gets the notification and logs in to the portal to get the files for review? Can client-assigned reviewers see all of the clients projects if they go through the portal?
