What is the best way to Backup the XTRF files?

What is the best way to backup the files from XTRF server? We don't use it in our server, we have a storage space in XTRF could server.

You can use SFTP client to copy all files to an external storage of your choice. Some SFTP clients has an "incremental", or "mirror" mode, to avoid lengthy copying of all files. Instead, they only copy the new files if you run the backup again.
For SFTP credentials you have to contact our helpdesk.
This is what I do for our client files. It works fine for us.
