How to add CAT analysis percentages to each specific client?
Hello Everyone,
You know that we might not always use the same percentages for pricing for each client. We might agree on special percentages with a client and we want to define these for each specific client instead of seeing the same percentages at all clients while doing the assignments. How can we do that? Can you please help us?

When assigning a Client to Client Review, how do you manage which individuals?
We can only make Client Review enabled at the main Client level and that is what is automatically populated in the Job, but how do you ensure the correct contact person gets the notification and logs in to the portal to get the files for review? Can client-assigned reviewers see all of the clients projects if they go through the portal?

Localization Romanian Language
For Romanian language we don't have diacritics in XTRF.
We have issue with ț letter and ș letter.
Example:
- „București” in XTRF we have „Bucure ti”
- „Vizitați” in XTRF we have „Vizita i”
It is possible that we can fix this issue? If not, can we replace the diacritics with normal letters?

Cascading filters and memoQ integration
-Create a project with XTRF and memoQ integration
-Prepare a XLIFF file as source file with a cascading filter including XLIFF file prep and REGEX
The segmentation is incorrect and tags are not protected.
Is there any possibility to develop this integration further?

Notification for partially completed project in Smart Projects
Vendors have the option in their portal to click "I Completed Part of the Job", and once they do, they see a message saying "Thank you for informing us that you have already completed a part of the job." However the PMs are not informed; there is no notification available. Is there a way to set a notification for this in the system?

Memsource integration - SIngle Sign-on
Hi,
I come back to you again after our discussions regarding Single Sign-on: as we are using several platforms such as XTRF and Memsource, they have complimentary functionalities, but it's always confusing for the client to have several home pages, several IDs.
Is it possible to build a single entry portal for the client, leading to a home page that allows the client to connect to the relevant platform? For example, there will be the possibility to connect to the dedicated Client Portal, or to the relevant Memsource account after signing on only once?

Client resources generated by Automatic scan.
Under one of our client resources, I have come across a description of a resource that reads "Generated by Automatic scan." Does it mean that this resource was not added by any of our team members but automatically by XTRF? Is it possible for XTRF to attach client resources without our knowledge? If yes, how can we deactivate this option?

Mass deletion of projects?
We're testing out some API connectivity and we just added 120 fake projects by accident. Oops.
Not a huge deal, but as an administrator, I was just wondering if there is a way to mass delete projects.
I do remember that we have come a long way because I CAN delete project. :)

Question about the API - Project Creation and Custom Fields
I have two questions that maybe someone here has experience with.
First, I'm trying to create projects via the API, and it seems that you need to have multiple calls to create a project. Seems you need to...
- Create the project
- Update the source language
- Update the target language
- Update the notes
- Update the due date
- etc....
Rather than just a single call where you list all the fields to update.
Is this correct? Am I doing something wrong? This seems like it's more work and more calls than necessary, but maybe it's just the way it is??
Second, I'm trying to update a custom field that contains date and time. However, it seems that the API only supports custom fields that are text fields - not date/time fields. Before I spend more time with trial and error, does anyone know if I'm correct or if we're just doing something wrong?
