Change price profile in an ongoing project
We have an ongoing project that was created using the price profile our client has in Euros, however, we would like to pull the rates and currency from their USD price profile. Is there any way this can be changed? There is no option to select a price profile in the Rates section of the project:
We can only see the USD one, however, when we try to add new receivables or check on the quote, the rates are displayed from the EUR price profile:
Thanks!

Evaluations set by providers?
is there any way to request to one provider of a workflow evaluate another previous workflow job??
For example: asking the revisor to insert the evaluation of the translator?

Exact user rights for accepting Vendor profile changes
Hello!
Sorry if it's a silly question, but we wanted make sure thta when a Vendor modifies something in their Vendor Portal, the email for acceptance goes to specific email addresses or, at least, specific users. Does anyone know how to do this, which user rights relate to accepting a vendor's changes?
Best regards,
Daniel

Number of files in a bundle
Hello,
It would be great to have some kind of statistics that would show the number of files uploaded into a bundle, either by a PM or by a vendor. Once you're dealing with more than 20, 50, 100 source files it's easy to loose the track of how many of them were imported successfully to XTRF or whether the vendor remembered to upload them all thorough the portal. Right now there's no way to display that value even though it's possible to check how many pages/words/kb a file has. Having the extra value with number of files visible somewhere inside the bundle, i.e. next to "size" column would be very helpful.
I'm aware that there are workarounds to check the number of files but they require additional and unnecessary workload. Also, having the summary of the number of files in a bundle is basics and should be easily accessible.

Macro to sum amount of Invoices for the year
We're working on preparing a Macro to gather all invoices amounts for the month, we need help determining which variables and parameters we should be using to gather this.
Would something like "$Invoice.DueDate.year == 122" or "$Invoice.FinalDate.year == 122" work?
Also, if we wanted to use the month parameter, how would that go instead? "$Invoice.DueDate.month == ??"
Lastly, what's the parameter for gathering the total amount for the invoices? Would "$invoice.TotalNetto" work?
Thank you in advance!

Negative TM Savings

Analysis taking too long to make it back to XTRF
Hi everyone!
We are working on implementing the integration with memoQ, but we are experiencing an issue that even though it's not a blocking one, it's extremely inconvenient.
Whenever we upload source files to a Smart Project and they are sent to the memoQ project, the analysis files take about 30 minutes to make it back to XTRF. Strange thing is that it randomly happens (sometimes the analysis make it back almost immediately).
I'm attaching a screenshot of the issue, where it took 36 minutes to retrieve 2 small files.
Has anyone experienced this issue before? If yes, how have you solved it?
Many thanks in advance!
Best,
Lea

We've been analysing issues with analysis taking too long in projects from different clients of ours. So far, everything seems to point to a problem with memoQ processing the tasks very slowly. We're working together with the memoQ team to resolve this problem - we've already sent them the results of our findings for further analysis and are waiting for their response.
At this stage, this does not seem to be an issue with our integration or XTRF itself.
