Need examples for values using Macro method creating a Task

Hi,

Task(Task from, AbstractProject projectOrQuote, LanguageCombination projectLanguageCombination)

in the above method, for creating task using Macro documentation, i need some examples for the values needed for the method inputs: Task, AbstractProject and LanguageCombination, as i tried too much with different values and i couldn't get a result.
