Exact user rights for accepting Vendor profile changes

Hello!

Sorry if it's a silly question, but we wanted make sure thta when a Vendor modifies something in their Vendor Portal, the email for acceptance goes to specific email addresses or, at least, specific users. Does anyone know how to do this, which user rights relate to accepting a vendor's changes?

You can see who receives the email notifications from your templates, xtrf.yourdomain.com/xtrf/faces/emailTemplate, I think the default action name is "E-mail/Text Message to User: When change in vendor profile is waiting for acceptance"

Thank you, I have found it! Managed to add specific email addresses in CC, but I have yet to figure out exactly who the system considers HRManager (the recepient is „${providerPortal.hrManager”}) and, as far as I can tell, it gets sent to all users with „Administrator” status..

I think it is tied to the Vendor Managers user groups here /xtrf/faces/user/browse.seam, you probably have an admins alias tied to one of those users.
