One client portal for customers with multiple offices (i.e. subsidiaries)
Dear all,
Some of our customers have multiple offices, i.e. subsidiaries in different countries. Their headquarters would like to be able to monitor the quotes/projects from all offices within one customer portal.
For an internal test, we created a customer B and linked him as an office of customer A. For both customers, we have a shared contact person, and we also selected the "All Selected offices" option for "Manage" under "Account Data". However, when signing in to the portal, our contact person from customer B cannot see the quotes / projects from customer A.
What is the purpose of the "All Selected offices" options? And how can we set up a central client portal access for multiple subsidiaries of the same client?

I'm trying to generate a view or report on the number of words we translated for a client in the past year. I'm finding this harder than I had expected. Any thoughts on this?? Thanks!
Add groupmail to CC for a project
Hi,
I am wondering how we can add a groupmail address to CC for a certain project so the people in the groupmail address can follow up on the project.
I know there is the option to add a Project coordinator besides a Project manager, but what if we want to send this to a groupmail? (Just making an account for a groupmail would use up an XTRF license.)
Adding the mail address to CC in the templates could work, but then all the mails for all projects would be forwarded. I only want to forward the mails in case of emergency when the PM in charge is out of the office.

Contract Number - Invoices
Hi,
I was wondering if it would be possible to add several Contract Numebrs to one client in XTRF. You can only add one at the moment.
The reason why I am asking this is because we currently have several clients fow which we have several contracts. The client wants us to add a Contract Number on their Invoice, but we can only add the one in the Clients profile.
A possible solution would be to include this option in the "Add Project" tab so that our PMs could select, which contract number is to be used.
Smart Projects default Project Coordinator not respond to settings
The settings allow default project coordinator to be logged-in user. But this does not work for Smart Projects, please fix this bug. I have been asked to make this a suggestion in Echo in order to get the attention of your development team.
Finding uninvoiced jobs
Hi all,
What is the "correct" way of listing all jobs by a certain vendor that haven't been invoiced? It's easy in the vendor module, but I haven't found an easy way to do display that metric as a PM. I realize this may be a dumb question, but I haven't been able to find a solution.

In the jobs view, you can filter on Invoiced = no & on vendor. That should give you the information you need. If you don't see those filters, try editing your view and add them.
Views with null in a date field
I'm trying to make a view of clients who do not have a value in a custom date field. I can filter the view by date, but I can't exclude clients who have that date filled in. Does anybody know a good workaround of if filtering this way is a planned improvement?
Trying to generate a report on "vendors made active last week"
I'm trying to generate a view for "Vendors made active last week" but I don't know how to do it.
My thought is I want a list of new vendors added to our database. However, there doesn't seem to be a date field for "date made active". There is a first contact date, last updated on, and many more. However, these don't get at what I am looking for. I want to share a list of new vendors that we activated last week with my PMs so they can think about the new resources we are adding on an ongoing basis.
Any thoughts?

Option 1:
The vendor manager put the new vendor in a category such as new vendors. That means for the PM that we would like to push him/her (We use this option)
Option 2:
Use the completed jobs for filtering the really new vendors
Option 3:
Create a macro and a periodic job which updates a custom date field with the date you need
INVOICES NOTES
In Invoicing View, more specifically in the "Invoice Note" column, I can't see the notes added to the invoices. How can I see them? Thank you.
