Invoicing vendor portal

Laura Jimenez 6 years ago in Vendor Portal updated by Łukasz Kaleta (Senior Customer Success Manager) 6 years ago 2

Hello,

we wonder if it would be posible to hide the Invoicing Module in the Vendor Portal. We use a different system for this aim, and sometimes providers get confused.

is it posible to hide it?

thanks

How to add a Service Level Agreement (SLA) in the vendor portal and automate the process?

Jan Hinrichs 6 years ago in Vendor Portal updated by Łukasz Kaleta (Senior Customer Success Manager) 6 years ago 1

Accept-ToS-option is in the signup process but won't show up in the the vendor portal.

My questions:

What is the aim of these ToS? Any template available?

Is there a way to upload a SLA to XTRF and force vendors to sign/accept it during sign up?

Ideally we would like to have people agreeing to a SLA during sign up and then have this stored on their profile.

Anyone with a good working automated process for this here?

Vendors can't see/edit their Minimum Charge?

Jan Sundström 6 years ago in Vendor Portal updated by Marcela 6 years ago 3

Hi all,

Vendors are confused regarding how they can enter or edit their standard Minimum Charge.
Our Vendor Manager can fill in this value on their behalf, but it seems that the field is not shown correctly in the Vendor Portal.
Is this intentional or a bug? It seems inconsistent that some rates are editable, but others are not even shown. To take the workload off the Vendor Manager, it would be useful if all price data was editable for the vendor (subject to approval of course).

I/O error while copying invoice file

Sol Lagomarsino 6 years ago in Vendor Portal updated 6 years ago 4

Hi,

We had a couple of vendors asking about an error message they get when trying to create a new invoice. Please note the screenshot below:

What does it mean? Everything seems okay on our end, and there is no mention of this in the Knowledge Base.

Thanks!

Lack of information in the Vendor portal

Innovalang 6 years ago in Vendor Portal updated by Laszlo Kovacs 6 years ago 8

It should be useful if vendors could see the volume of the job and the Project name in addition to the automatic code which is generated by XTRF.

Is it possible to add these informations in the job offer screen?

Where to find address for vendor portal?

Meghan Cooper 6 years ago in Vendor Portal updated 6 years ago 5

Is the web address for the vendor portal located somewhere for reference within XTRF configurations? I see the address for the customer portal listed within Partner Management > Customer Portal but am not sure where to find this for our vendor portal. I think it would be helpful to have an analogous set up for the vendor portal.

Vendor portal Cooperation Terms & Condittions file for vendor download

Marta Caeiro 7 years ago in Vendor Portal updated by Łukasz Kaleta (Senior Customer Success Manager) 7 years ago 4

I've uploaded our Terms & Conditions file for Vendors on the Vendor Portal configuration menu (see screen shot), thinking vendors would have it available for them on the vendor portal, but some are writing back saying they can't find it, and I've logged in as a user of the Vendor Portal and also can«t find it anywhere.

Please help, and thanks!

XTRF Vendor Portal - new registered vendor - status

Peter Kolar 7 years ago in Vendor Portal updated by keketso mhlabelwana 2 years ago 15

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has more experience with Vendor portal and how users register for it. Under Vendor portal setting I see 4 statuses that can be assigned to a vendor when he /she registers on our Vendor Portal. I presume Active means, that the Vendor can start working on projects immediately. But I am not sure about other three.

Active: Vendor account is active after registration, Not confirmed: Vendor account is not confirmed, Potential: Vendor account is set as potential, Waiting for approval: Vendor need to wait for approval by a Vendor Manager.

We want to set a stauts that would not automatically register/enter them into our database. Does any of statuses above do this? We do not want to bloat our vendor database with hundreds of vendors.

Kind regards,

PDFs showing in code in Vendor Portal

Alexandros 7 years ago in Vendor Portal updated by Łukasz Kaleta (Senior Customer Success Manager) 7 years ago 1

Hi,

Our vendors said that if they click on the PDFs in the Vendor Portal (now the download icon or the Download all button), they get the PDF contents in code instead of actually seeing the PDF.

We tested this in Chrome and FireFox on different PCs and the result is the same (see attached screenshot).

Provider status automatically changes to active

IT NAKOM 6 years ago in Vendor Portal updated by Łukasz Kaleta (Senior Customer Success Manager) 6 years ago 3

We have been thinking that it would be a good idea to have the status of the Vendors changed as happen with the Clients' status. That way, every vendor who has already collaborated with your company would have the status of "Active" unless you change it (because s/he is no longer active or because you had a bad experience with that vendor or his/her data is incomplete).

What do you think? How do you deal with vendors status? We think it is a waste of time to change it manually to active as, if we have just worked with that provider, it is sure s/he is active!

Thank you!
