How can you change the information shown in the email footer in the email sent to Vendors to confirm their email address and finish the registration?

Do I get it right, that you want to change the footer in just one email type?

If so, why footer and not the body of the message? Footers are meant to be the same for all mail.

I want to change the footer for that email type specifically but if it is changed for all email types, it would be OK as well.

At the moment, it is shown as attached. I would like to personalise it.

All email types including those sent to clients and internally. - Just making sure :)

Assuming you have admin privileges, go to Configuration's Templates > Notifications and change tab to Footer.
