Vendor portal Cooperation Terms & Condittions file for vendor download

I've uploaded our Terms & Conditions file for Vendors on the Vendor Portal configuration menu (see screen shot), thinking vendors would have it available for them on the vendor portal, but some are writing back saying they can't find it, and I've logged in as a user of the Vendor Portal and also can«t find it anywhere.
Please help, and thanks!

The T&C is available for Vendors only during the registration process, please see the screenshot

Is there anywhere I can upload our T&C so that vendors can have it available, at all times?
Unfortunately, at this moment it is not possible to upload T&C in VP using the Home Portal. I would suggest to Vendor opening the registration page and download the file, as it is available there.
