Sign in to client portal as contact?

I'd like to log in to the client portal to see what they see. I thought there used to be a way to do this but I'm not seeing it now - is this possible? For vendors, at the bottom of the Main Data page of the contact, you can "Sign in to Vendor Portal as this Person." I don't see this on any tab for the Client contact person.

It is possible to customize the Client Portal? Changing buttons, text, colors, etc. We have just found how to change the welcome text and the list of services. What about the rest?

Using the default email

When sales team is sending CRM emails from client portal the system uses the default assignment@ which is used for doing assignments to the vendors.  Can we choose to use the email of the sender instead? How?
I assume the information can be easily matched as all logged users have their emails.

How can I present separate data for different offices in the client portal to contacts that have access for multiple offices?

Some of our client contacts are linked to multiple offices. In the portal, they would like to be able to see data for separate offices, instead of everything together as it now seems to be. This would be data like projects, quotes and invoices, but also reports.

Is this possible, and if so: how?

Project with different source files per language through client portal

Hi,

I classic projects, we can upload different input data per task and language pair, but how can this be realized from the client portal? I cannot select any languages for the files I upload.

We have project with 32 languages, but the source files for all languages are different. (Client CMS outputs xml files per languages). Is there a way to use the client portal for such projects? Or do we need to receive all files outside of XTRF and do all the setup manually in XTRF?

When assigning a Client to Client Review, how do you manage which individuals?

We can only make Client Review enabled at the main Client level and that is what is automatically populated in the Job, but how do you ensure the correct contact person gets the notification and logs in to the portal to get the files for review? Can client-assigned reviewers see all of the clients projects if they go through the portal?

Memsource integration - SIngle Sign-on

Hi,

I come back to you again after our discussions regarding Single Sign-on: as we are using several platforms such as XTRF and Memsource, they have complimentary functionalities, but it's always confusing for the client to have several home pages, several IDs.

Is it possible to build a single entry portal for the client, leading to a home page that allows the client to connect to the relevant platform? For example, there will be the possibility to connect to the dedicated Client Portal, or to the relevant Memsource account after signing on only once?

Customized invoice

Hello

I need to know how to customize the clients's invoice template if some of them has a preferred one or has some specific items to appear in the invoice

Hi Ali

To customize the document template you need to change the .rtpdesign file and upload it back to the XTRF as a new template.

Here you can find an instruction.

Regarding the document template customization we can do it for you as an additional service, in that case, please contact our support or your Customer Success Manager.

You can also do it on your own but please be aware that modification of the template file might require some coding knowledge.

Customer portal - how much information is awailable

Hello! Is there a possibility for a customer to see how much is charged for what tasks in a project? Now I see only total sum and cannot find any details.
