GET /quotes/count filtered with many statuses

JarJak 6 years ago in Client Portal updated by Dariusz Gołąb 6 years ago 2

Following the docs:

https://prisma.s.xtrf.us/customer-api/doc/pages/quotes.html#GET_/quotes/count

I can pass multiple statuses in query.

However when I make request to:
/quotes/count?limit=5&search=&start=0&status=ACCEPTED&status=STATUS_ACCEPTED_BY_CUSTOMER&status=SPLITTED

Then I get 404 Not Found, instead of expected 200.

Passing single status works fine and gives 200:

/quotes/count?limit=5&search=&start=0&status=REQUESTED

Am I doing something wrong or docs are bad?

Sending multiple values of CustomField in Quote Request

JarJak 6 years ago in Client Portal updated by Łukasz Kaleta (Senior Customer Success Manager) 6 years ago 2

How can I send couple of values of "multiple selection" Custom Field in Quote Request, using either Customer or Home Portal API? I can see that "value" accepts only strings, not arrays?

One client portal for customers with multiple offices (i.e. subsidiaries)

Tino Hother 6 years ago in Client Portal updated 6 years ago 3

Dear all,

Some of our customers have multiple offices, i.e. subsidiaries in different countries. Their headquarters would like to be able to monitor the quotes/projects from all offices within one customer portal.

For an internal test, we created a customer B and linked him as an office of customer A. For both customers, we have a shared contact person, and we also selected the "All Selected offices" option for "Manage" under "Account Data". However, when signing in to the portal, our contact person from customer B cannot see the quotes / projects from customer A.

What is the purpose of the "All Selected offices" options? And how can we set up a central client portal access for multiple subsidiaries of the same client?

Thanks.

Tino

What types of client groups do you use for the client portal?

We don't have too many clients set up on it yet, so am interested to see the rationale of how other LSPs configure it. Do you just use the three default groups based on client status (active etc.), or customize other groups (and based on what)?

Invoiced marked as PAID

m wiewior 7 years ago in Client Portal updated by Łukasz Kaleta (Senior Customer Success Manager) 6 years ago 3

Client has paid a pro-forma invoice. I am going to settle a real invoice for this payment and would like to mark that the amount has been already paid, so that it is also visible on the invoice, for the client. Where can I do that?

thanks!

Is there a place in the Client Portal where we can store documentation such as NDAs, Framework Agreements and the likes?

Gonzalo 7 years ago in Client Portal updated by Łukasz Kaleta (Senior Customer Success Manager) 7 years ago 2

It'd be nice to have a place in the vendor portal where we could store documentation. So that it can be checked or referred to if needed...

Answer

There is a place for storing any files that you mentioned in client or vendor profiles, but only for internal reference, that is on the Home Portal. Such files are not shared with the clients or vendors through their portals.

You can find it on the Resources > Personal Files tab when in a client profile:

or on the Files&Qualifications > Personal Files tab when in a vendor profile:

Both folders are also accessible directly from the file system on the server, so they can be mapped to a drive within your organization.
