What types of client groups do you use for the client portal?

We don't have too many clients set up on it yet, so am interested to see the rationale of how other LSPs configure it. Do you just use the three default groups based on client status (active etc.), or customize other groups (and based on what)?

Hi Meghan,
Regardless of any answers you receive, be aware that each Contact Person will get their own Client Portal User Group.
So, on top of 3 default Client Groups (Active, Inactive, Potential), you will see a growing number of groups as you invite Contact Persons of particular client companies. This allows to diversify access to Client Portal on the level of individuals.
