Creating a report for specific job payables per each vendor.

Best way is to create exports from xtrf, it can be done automatically by API, and build a BI dashboard using MS PowerBI or Google Data Studio. 

Victor, would you be open to connecting? I am trying to establish automation around report exports, I understand you have substantially more experience than I do and would appreciate your help :) 

I don't really use the reports section in XTRF anymore.

I export the data to a Google sheet and then get the information through pivot tables, pivot charts or Google Data Studio.

XTRF has an add-on for Google sheets, but in my case it doesn't work correctly with views that show lots of result.
I do it manually every week. I just get a view that I have done specifically for that purpose, and export the results (CSV) through the "Export" button in XTRF. Then, I open the sheet that will contain the information and import the data through File->Import.
