If a project has several jobs and deadlines under the same language pair, how and where do we add those dates?
What we definitely will need is to be able to enter more than one client-side deadline under each language pair, since some of our projects have batches of files that come from the client one after the other, and where each batch has its own deadline. Those deadlines are of course not the same as the vendor-side deadlines. Would you then add a dummy-step at the end of the process and call that “client-side deadline”?

Each job has its own (vendor-side) deadline, so this should not be a problem.
For projects, as a lightweight solution I would create a new project for each client-side deadline. Another option would be to make sure the last jobs in your processes have those deadlines in one project, but I feel that it could end up being one messy project.
