Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it? Has occurred in various projects. No changes to computer other than a recent Firefox update.

The recent Firefox update might be it, to be honest.

Can you try and reproduce it in Edge or Chrome?

Same thing happened in Chrome...

Many of our vendors are having trouble uploading and retrieving files, too. (I'm on the same company as Tanja, so perhaps it is just an issue with our version?)

Meghan, our Service Desk is awaiting tickets from you at https://helpdesk.xtrf.eu - please provide them with screen shots, logs or whatever you have. It is just you reporting such issues today, so perhaps a simple restart may help.

Thanks Lukasz! Our servers have now been restarted which seems to have solved the issue. We'll continue with our tickets there if we see any other related issues (just noted it here initially in case others were having trouble as well, but doesn't seem to be the case). Thanks for the quick response from the XTRF team!

We have the same problem today. We can't upload and download!

We have the same problem here today - XTRF is still Analyzing the files we try to upload.  Also XTRF will not create projects in memoQ.

Per the vendors I have had contact today, it looks like this issue started over the weekend

The service team restarted our two servers yesterday, and it fixed the problem. They were super quick to help!
