Why my vendors who work in memoQ cannot download packages?

With the memoQ update of 7.8.169, a bug was fixed by Kilgray where vendors could download packages even when their work mode was set to "online (no packages)." The following message is shown in Vendor Portal: "XTRF could not download CAT Package. Try again or contact your Project Manager."


What should be done to fix the issue?

Hi Lukasz,

We are now facing this issue and are changing the setting for all our vendors. And that are a lot of vendors.

Can this setting be controlled from within Xtrf? Because Xtrf creates the users in memoQ, so now we have to go in and change them one by one and repeat this proces periodicly to make sure new vendors have this setting.

What do you propose as a solution?

XTRF has never controlled it but it is available on memoQ API, so the answer is yes.

Will you request it on the Ideas forum or should I move your comment there?
