Instructions Template
Is there any way to make a process template that includes the instructions?
Or anyway to set that for a specific client and process the same instructions are included?

If you're using smart projects, I am not aware of any way to standardize or templatize instructions, at the client, process template, or job level. Of course, smart projects don't have project templates which is where I would normally think instruction templates would belong.
The only approach I can think of is to store the instruction templates externally and set them on projects using available project- and/or job-level API calls.
I don't have any experience with classic projects, so not sure of options there.

As we are currently not using classic projects I do not have it enabled so I cannot help more.
We created a program that does this, it's not a simple solution, but I'd be happy to show you if you're interested. And we use smart projects.
