How can I bulk extra contractor/client data such as name, VAT number, contact details etc?

Hi Katerina. There are multiple ways to achieve that result:

Create a Smart View with the columns you wish to export. Then, click the "Export" button in the top-right corner, select the format you need, and that's it. You might need to repeat that operation on each scope (so for Clients, Contact Persons etc.).
If you're working on the integration, the same can be achieved using the Browser API in the XTRF Home Portal API.
