Smart process template for interpreting jobs?

I try to build a process for a service "conference interpreting", in up to 10 languages.

Every language combination is covered by 2 linguists, so I need two jobs. Any idea?

Click on the job, then go to Job Actions - Split Job. There you can split the job in two.

Set up all the languages first, then all the jobs will be split in 2 at once.

I'm trying to do the same but adding Shipping, Technicians, Lodging to calculate the profit at the end of the event

I tried to add additional languages but the template only allows 2
