Change or remove LISA evaluation score

Sancho Leath 6 years ago in Home Portal / Smart Projects updated by Christiane Lueke 2 years ago 7

I was surprised to find out that it is not possible to change or delete LISA evaluation scores in Smart Projects. Helpdesk asked me to raise the question here.

So what are you to do if the wrong score was submitted, or in our case, you simply want to remove LISA evaluation scores because you're not using that scoring system anymore?

HI Sancho

It is not possible to remove the LISA evaluation once it was submitted. But you can change the score by changing the Error storage and submitting it again. The system will recalculate the score.

Thanks for your input. Helpdesk has offered to change the LISA score by following the procedure outlined by you. However, with regular star rating, it is possible to simply X out (delete) the previous score instead of overwriting it. We need the same for these errant LISA scores. As detailed in ticket XHD-20829, we use the vendor evaluation scores in XTRF for the ranking of our vendors, not as job-specific evaluations. Our HR manager re-ranks the vendors from time to time, e.g. from 9 to 7 starts, to prioritize who the jobs go to. Unless we can get rid of the errant LISA scores from the database, we would have to request a manual overwrite of the LISA scores every single time. Is there another workaround if you cannot simply get rid of the LISA scores? How about deleting the whole on which the LISA score is based on? Will that also remove the LISA score for good?

@Marek: Could you still provide your input on my question below? Thank you.

@Sancho
I'm sorry, the notification about your question somehow slipped through my mailbox.
There seems to be a word missing in your last sentence:  How about deleting the whole on which the LISA score is based on?
What is the entity you'd like to remove from the system?
The whole job ... just trying to come up with a way to completely remove that LISA score, which blocks our ranking system based on the handful of jobs that were completed while LISA was active.

Hi Sancho

Even when you remove the job, the score stays in the system. Looks like an overlook from our side. I'll check it thoroughly. But for the time being, I'm afraid that what's left is to modify the LISA form in a way that the calculated score would neutralize its a negative impact on the Vendor's Evaluation.

Has there been an update to this?
