Is it possible to create a direct link to the portal feedback form from a notification?

In my delivery notifications I'd like to add a direct link to the feedback form in the portal.


It doesn't seem to have its own URL - is there a way to create such a direct link, resulting in the popup being opened and ready to use?


(Btw, I'm not interested in the survey as an alternative - it needs to be this form.)

I would actually like that too. I am trying to encourage more feedback from our clients and the more I can integrate it with XTRF the better. And the feedback form on the client portal is hard for clients to find.

It seems feasible to our Customization Team - not something straightforward, but also not out of reach.

If you want to proceed, you can agree the details with them through your Account Manager referring to ticket DEV-7342.
