How can I add a project name that will be visible to the vendors?
Currently all they see is something along these lines: Job: 2018/62/#1, and the project name is only visible in the PO. I would like them to see the project title in their current list of jobs in the vendor portal and also when they open the project. Is there any way this can be done?

It's in the Partner Management/Vendor Portal settings under Privacy Settings. Needs to be enabled in the license, though.
Checked those settings already, however as you said you have to have a different license it seems. In my opinion, you shouldn't pay for such a feature - it is not a premium feature. It should be a basic feature since XTRF is supposed to make project management easier not even harder. Having a project name shown is very simple to do, don't know why you have to pay extra for this. If I were to discuss a project with a vendor, it's not ideal that I have to keep referring to a Job as 2018/62/#. It's confusing for all.
