New registrants did not receive verification messages

When new providers try to register they enter their  main data but they don't receive the verification message in order to complete their data.

Dear Osama,

I have checked your XTRF instance directly and there was an issue with an e-mail.

Now your new vendors should receive a response whenever they try to register!

I experience the same problem. An invitation to the portal goes to the mail that is set up with XTRF and not to the vendor's mail. How can it be? Thanks.

Did you make sure to switch off the 'redirect all mail to admin' option?

Please make sure that this option, found in Configuration > Email is off.



It makes all the emails go to admin, instead of the actual recipients.

Ok, I have unchecked this box, but vendors still don't receive a confirmation mail.

Any past emails will not be sent again, but it should work fine with new registrants. 

Did they check spam folders? When were the last ones sent?

We receive notifications about new vendor profile being created, but they are only listed in the contact persons tab and not under the Providers tab in the home portal. Another vendor still does not receive any confirmation mail, she has checked spam.  



There is no way a contact person exists without a provider profile. Even your picture proves this. Each of the 4 names belong to their respective Provider (Vendor) profiles. 



If you can't see them on the list of all providers, check if there is any filtering applied. Perhaps you are only showing Active names. New registrants fall into Potential status.
