I invited vendors to join the vendor portal, they accepted but they never received a confirmation email after to confirm the registration

They only received one email initially - Invitation to XTRF System and when they click on the link and set up the email and password, a message shows up that a confirmation email has been sent but they never received it, even after they requested it again. They cannot log in to the Vendor portal if their email address is not confirmed. I tried this with two different users and this happened to the two of them.

Slightly different - today I sent an email from the system to a vendor I had signed up so that they could join the Portal, and they didn't get the email. I suggested they check their spam filter, and it had gone in there. Not sure if there is a fix for this on the XTRF side?

Yes, that occurred to me as well. I told them to check their spam folder, but it didn't go there either.

Found out what the problem was - I had unchecked a notification setting about the registration confirmation by mistake. In my opinion it should not be an option to choose not to send the confirmation email. If the email is not sent, vendors cannot confirm registration and they would not be able to get into the vendor portal any other way.
