Is it possible to create quote request templates for customer portal?

We have clients who regularly request certain language pairs for example FIGS.

So we were wondering if it's possible to create templates which the client can use when requesting quotes in the customer portal.

We would like this to. We have some clients with different commonly requested language groups, some as much as 55! To expect them to use the portal, it would be helpful if we could preselect languages and name that group/template, for ease of the client sending us a quote/project request. Does this exist? We would like to have a few different language group templates per client.
