In the process templates, it is possible to assign the PM as the default vendor for a process step.
However, "The user needs to be linked with the vendor"
How do I do that?

Hi Christiane,
To create the link in question, go to User Management -> Users. Then, in the User's profile, go to the In-house Job tab and click on Enable User Review.
Once this is set, you can choose Current Project Manager or Current Project Coordinator in the Process Step.
Whenever this Process Template is used in a project, XTRF will assign the PM or PC visible in the People section to this Step.
