Vendor rates not picking up

Hi all!

We are having issues with some vendors, as we are selecting their price profiles for specific clients, but the rates are not being picked up. The rate displays at 0 even though the ones in the price profile are correct. This means that we have to manually add the rates time and time again for certain vendors. We have checked and the specialism assigned to that profile is also the same. Any ideas of why the rates are not being picked up?

Hello,

The usual case is that the language combination is different in the project than in the price profile, for example, English vs. English-Gb. Please check if this is not the case here.

@Barbara, I am afraid this is not a locale issue, as this is the first thing I checked out.

@Juan, let me send you some screenshots:

1. This is an overview of the price lists our vendor Magda has.

2. In her price list for our client Hyp, she has both arEG and arSA languages combinations, with the same prices set up for both. You can see her translation rate is 0.07€

3. Here you can see that, when I add Magda to the Hyp job, the rates are not picking up:

Yes, we were having issues with the Price Profiles and it has been sorted now. Thanks a lot!
