I am having trouble accepting jobs since everytime they are advertised they are immediately taken by someone else. I suspect they use some sort of automated system to accept these jobs. How would I use one of those? Is there an existing solution to this?

I am afraid XTRF does not support any such automation on the vendor's side, sorry. Most requests are sent based on the 'first come, first serve' rule. Please negotiate with the LSP not to choose that option so that you could have a chance to review the job details and accept it.
