Assigning tasks to vendors by Translation section head
Hi,
I wanted to ask about the possibility if the project manager could assign tasks to translation section head, then translation section head assign each task to the available translator or reviewer in his section?
Is this possible?

If you have a group of translators/reviewers that are supposed to manage by one person, you make sure that this person is a default contact for the price profile. Then in the vendor portal, it is possible to have few roles, one is administrators which allows assigning different people to different jobs, and regular users which only allows assigning job to themselves.
If the vendor profile in the vendor portal is set up that there is only one Admin (head) and the rest is regular user, this will give the result you are looking for

We have tried this way but we having another issue, that all tasks assigned to vendors by admin are registered as assigned to admin only on the production portal.
