I'm here to ask u if CRM module is still active and if there's a chance to use it for outgoing and ingoing email.

Reading that knowledge and applying all issues, it seems to me that if we wanna concentrate the email in the CRM module, we'd need to synchronize all users' email and after that we could move & associate any email from CRM to messages & make associations to projects, quotes etc...

Is there a chance that each user can communicate through "messages" tab, so we can share all email & all is also saved into our CRM module/each quote etc?

Example below?

I'm telling u this, cause if we're synchronizing all email of any user of XTRF, we're using lots of CLOUD STORAGE + many internal email are not connected to projects, quotes etc will go in XTRF without any reason.

Using "messages" tab, maybe we can simply leave tracks of any communication just related to this or that project.

The goal would be to track as much as we can in XTRF, so each user (PM, SALES or others) could have the chance to storage all related to that quote/project.
