How to prevent user from accessing the XTRF profile from his own device? Moreover, i need to allow only use of XTRF from company device or to manage all BYOD.

That's not really a question of XTRF, more about your networking infrastructure.

You could achieve that using for example:

client SSL certificates, which authenticate browser to web server
restricting access to system to your local office network and requiring VPN to access it from outside (not as effective as SSL client certificates)
